This development, as others before this one, was awarded to Grand Home Builders; it included demolition of existing buildings, clearing the site of all debris, preparation for all underground utilities, and development of phase 1 consisting of three buildings and phase 2 the remaining 2 buildings. Grand Home Builders working closely with us (Sun Holdings Inc.), the city officials, inspectors, sub-contractors, and Architect made this construction project a tremendous success. The project was finished 3 weeks earlier then expected and in budget. We are delighted to once again have worked with Grand Home Builders, Their professionalism, hard work and dedication is of ultimate recommendation. To Whom It May Concern: Grand Home Builders has been performing work for the Hialeah housing Autority for some time now and we have found his company to be very reliable, he is accountable for the work he performs and is a trustworthy individual. Grand Home Builders constructed three quadruplexes and duplex for the Hialeah Housing Authority for the amount of $ 614.000.00. all of the work performed was satisfactory and passed all requirements from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Miami-Dade County Code Enforcement.
