WHAT WE DO

A General Contractor oversees all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. Their main duties include hiring Subcontractors, applying for the necessary licenses and building permits, providing hands-on supervision and guidance to workers on site and ensuring the project is done within its budget and time frame.

Project Cost Estimating

To provide an accurate estimate, we will gather information from the specification on the plans/drawings. All the elements will be considered and covered — the wage, raw materials, equipment, legal permits, inspections, subcontractor expenses, taxes, insurances, and many more.

Hiring Licensed Subcontractors

No matter how big or small your project is, every project will need sub-contractors such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, flooring specialists, painters, landscapers, roofing experts, etc. We have a list of reputable companies that we have worked with for over a decade.

Project Management

Every project will have a scheduled time frame. We will be in control of the entire operation, to ensure proper time distribution and budget allocation. The G.C. oversees the sub-contractors, ensuring the work is done in a timely fashion. To do so, we will coordinate the different tasks of the sub-contractors so that they may work in conjunction to ensure a smooth development in the shortest amount of time.

Obtain Building Permits and Licenses

We will obtain the Master Building Permit from the city and/or county and oversee all the required sub permits. We will also retrieve any licenses needed to take on the job. Licensing and permits vary depending on the location of the project. Once all the required permits are issued, we will complete them in a timely manner while ensuring the construction follows strict building codes and local legislation.
